They help to discover, preserve and display artifacts, pictures and other historical findings that are specific to the Cache Valley. The museum's focus is on educating the public on the local history of pioneers. A lot of items that are found in the museum were generously donated by the descendants of those pioneers. The museum also has a gift shop full of quilts, handmade dolls, taffy, and other pioneer related items. The best part of all is the museum offers completely free admission to the public, making it a wonderful, low cost, and educational event for families.
