Office and Amenity Update

Dear Residents,

As you may have heard, the Utah “Stay Safe, Stay Home” directive is changing.  The State has moved from high-risk to moderate-risk under the “Utah Moves Together 2.0 Plan”.  This plan allows us to begin re-opening our offices as well as some amenity spaces as of May 4, 2020.

We are pleased to let you know our fitness and business center will be open during our scheduled office hours.  To keep these facilities available to you we ask that you comply with occupancy restrictions and social distancing requirements.

We recognize the important role we play in helping keep our residents healthy as we move forward under this new plan and will continue to follow the recommendations and guidance provided by the CDC.  We encourage you to continue using our resident portal at www.IsYourHome.com to contact us, submit a request for service and pay rent.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during these challenging times. We will keep in touch with you as these matters progress regarding our community.

Thank you,

The Management Team

TREAT MOM TO BREAKFAST IN BED

This Mother’s Day, take time to plan ahead for a wonderful breakfast in bed for Mom. Plan ahead and have all the ingredients for your mom’s breakfast favorites on hand. While you are shopping, be sure to pick up some fresh flowers and a card to include on the breakfast tray. Use a sturdy tray that will easily hold all of the items for her breakfast. Don’t forget to bring the newspaper or one of Mom’s favorite magazines. Include some special touches like her favorite jelly, fresh squeezed orange juice and champagne, fresh fruit, or a chocolate truffle. To help make preparations easier, do some of the work the night before. Prepare the coffeemaker, set the tray with a plate, silverware, cup and saucer, a napkin, and salt and pepper.
