If you are frequently hit with food cravings, consider this idea to help you avoid eating. Place a list of favorite activities and to-do items on your fridge. When you are tempted to dig in to find a snack, take a look at the list on your fridge instead. Rather than eating, give yourself something else to do. You will probably find that your hunger urges disappear after staying busy for a short period of time. Plus, you’ll have the added benefit of getting some of those neglected projects completed. There’s no downside.
