Do you allow pets?

YES! We love your furry friends and we know you do too! All Wasatch Communities are pet friendly. Some restrictions apply. Please check with our onsite associates for details.

Is there a pet deposit?

Pet deposits can vary by community. Your community's leasing specialist will be able to provide more information!

What are the maintenance hours?

Wasatch Premier Community stands behind our 3 hour Maintenance Service Response during regular business hours. Should you have an emergency after hours, we provide 24 hour Emergency Maintenance. Just call our office to learn more.

How will I pay my rent?

Wasatch makes it easy to pay rent by providing all residents access to our online ePay services. Using ePay you may pay your rent from the convenience of your living room or mobile device! We also accept payments made directly to the leasing office.

How will I renew my lease?

We know you'll love it here! We offer a variety of lease lengths and you may renew your lease in our conveniently located leasing office!

Do you have a resident referral program?

We know that friends make the best neighbors! You may earn a bonus if you refer a friend that moves onto the Wasatch property you live at! Bonus rates and program details vary per property, please ask your community manager for details.

What is RentPlus®?

RentPlus® is a unique program allows you to improve your credit score just by paying your rent on time! Opt-in at anytime of your lease to begin improving your credit score. Refer to the leasing office or visit www.rentplus.com for more information.

Is renters insurance required?

With the interest of our residents in mind, Wasatch Premier Communities does require Renters Insurance. Your community's leasing specialist will be able to provide more specific details. Ask about our convenient pay-with-rent option.

Is the community non-smoking?

Smoking policies vary by property. Please refer to your Community Manager about the smoking policies of your community.

What is a Smart Apartment?

Some of our communities feature smart apartment mobile controls in select homes. With a simple click on your phone you can unlock your doors, control your thermostat, and even turn off your lights. It's like having your apartment in your phone. You can let a friend in when you’re on vacation with digital locks. Or turn off all your lights from bed. Or save money by automating your climate.
