In light of the current coronavirus pandemic, Wasatch Property Management is dedicated to safeguarding the health and well-being of all its residents and staff. Your community management team is working to reduce close contact with others by complying with CDC guidelines. As the CDC continues to provide additional information and guidance about the COVID-19 situation, Wasatch will inform you of any changes to keep you and your home healthy.
In the meantime, we encourage residents to use the resident online portal at www.isyourhome.com or call into the office to pay rent and submit service requests. Please do not come into the office or any common area spaces if you are not feeling well.
The COVID-19 outbreak is a complicated situation and helps us remember our responsibility in the larger society we are all a part of. We value you as a member of our community and are grateful for your understanding.
As a part of the COVID-19 management strategy, we will also be suspending package acceptance in our offices indefinitely. Packages will be able to be delivered to your residences or picked up at the delivery provider's location. Please contact your property management office with any questions or concerns.
Sincerely, Wasatch Property Management
Temporary Office Closures
Dear Community Members,
As you are likely aware, there is a mandatory stay at home order in place in order to control the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus. These orders are effective as of March 19, 2020. All nonessential businesses are directed to close and nonessential travel is prohibited.
We recognize the importance of our part in keeping our residents healthy and will cooperate in every manner with these orders. Nonetheless, we also understand the need to provide a safe and habitable home for you.
Therefore, our offices will be closed for now. We encourage residents to use the resident online portal at www.isyourhome.com to pay rent. If you need to speak to someone directly to pay rent, or you have an emergency, you can make contact through our regular office phone number. However, please limit such contact to critical matters such as those involving emergency work orders or your immediate safety.
We will keep in touch with you as these matters progress regarding our community.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
The Management Team
