The restaurant was featured on the Food Network show You Gotta Eat Here, and its menu offers traditional fare, as well as an array of Baja-style specialties that can only be found in southeastern Arizona. Local artists display their works in the dining area, and the owner believes in helping the community which is why he supports the Pima Animal Care Center and other local organizations. The menu includes Liz's biscuits & gravy, cinnamon roll pancakes, and smoked brisket machaca.
Over the years, the buildings that make up the Blue Willow have housed everything from a preschool to a mechanics garage. Its dining room is located inside a 1940s adobe house that once served as a rental for the University of Arizona, and the restaurant was established after Janet Seidler had a vision to offer fresh, home-style meals seven days a week. Blue Willow has gained recognition from several publications including Tucson Weekly and the Arizona Republic, and the menu includes huevos rancheros, baked cinnamon crepes, and shredded chicken omelets.
Oink Cafe is a modern family owned and operated cafe that serves a hearty breakfast and eight delicious flavors of bacon.
