Wasatch Property Management provides apartment and commercial management services.
Most of our openings are related to apartment complex management, leasing and
maintenance and may include the following positions:
- Apartment Managers
- Assistant/Financial Managers
- Leasing Consultants
- Maintenance Team Leaders/Technicians
- Groundskeepers/Housekeepers
- Specialized expertise including technical, legal, engineering, acquisitions,
accounting, management at our corporate and regional operations centers.

The most important selection factors include reliability, customer and
communication skills, and your ability and willingness to conform to the
company vision or goal.
Many staff members will operate personal computers (Microsoft Windows 2000/XP)
using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Yardi, a specialized real estate financial management
program. Prior experience with computers and Microsoft software is helpful but not mandatory.
